National restaurant chain could move into former Tesco site in city centre
Property consultants for Chamberlain House, which is set to become a Travelodge, say there has been "strong interest from a national restaurant chain" to move into the property.

But the site, where work is "still progressing", is also "in need of some TLC" after being struck by vandals who have covered the boarding on the property in graffiti.
