Major retailer lodges revised plans for new site after concerns raised
The changes for the application to build a TK Maxx at Longwater Retail Park will result in fewer trees being cut down and more safety measures added for cyclists.

Developers for the business said in revised plans: "We propose firstly moving the building one metre to the west, secondly, reducing the width of the path along the front of the building and, thirdly, relocating the plant area from the rear of the building."
This means only 30 trees will have to be removed, rather than the original 58.........
