Planning officials for Broadland District Council originally submitted their recommendation for practice director Evangelos Kanellos's application to be approved in September.

The application included details for two internally illuminated signs and one non-illuminated, to be installed on the outside of his new practice, V for Vets, in Horizon Business Centre.
