Euro Car Parks, which opened a parking lot in Queens Road earlier this year, wants to use the site temporarily while developer Zive Capital puts together plans for hundreds of homes there.

But independent councillors for Norwich City Council took to social media to say the car park has been operating without planning permission.

The post from the Town Close councillors' page said: "Following an enquiry by your Independent councillor, Karen Davis, to Norwich City Council's planning........
