MP calls for builders of new homes to be held liable for Norfolk flooding
Mid Norfolk MP George Freeman outlined how his private members bill sought to change the law to make developers liable if poor drainage led to homes elsewhere being inundated with water.
The Norfolk Inland Flood and Drought Summit was held at County Hall on January 31 - the same date which brought some of the county's worst-ever flooding 72 years ago in 1953.
