Campbell and Sheila Welsh, 82 and 81, from Holt, died on December 22 last year after being struck by a car on the A148 in High Kelling.

More than 2,300 people have signed a petition set up by their granddaughter Izzy Welsh, calling for safety improvements on the A148 .

The couple's granddaughter had called for the speed limit to be lowered, safer crossings and street lighting - with the county council pledging a safety review.
