East Anglia could be the UK's hottest spot as ANOTHER heatwave hits the country

Temperatures are expected to climb into the mid-30s, with the Met Office predicting a peak of 36C in parts of eastern England on Thursday.

Met Office spokesman Grahame Madge said: "The forecast shows that heat this week will continue to build.

"It is possible that the highest temperatures of the week will be recorded in East Anglia, and almost certainly in eastern England.

"Because the air in the regions with the highest temperatures is expected to be relatively dry, humidity shouldn’t be an additional factor, so currently there is no plan for the Met Office to issue any specific heat........
