100 Newmarket Road, Norwich, is up for sale via online auction with Brown&Co at a guide price of £1,000,000.

Chartered surveyor and auctioneer Peter Hornor said: “This is one of the largest houses on the Town Close Estate being sold by The Freeman’s Charity.
