Major city road reopens after boys have 'substance' thrown at them
About six boys, all under the age of 18, are said to have been confronted by another group who accused them of "looking at them funny".
After the unknown liquid was thrown, it is believed that at least two people ran away down the alleyway near to the Norwich Walk-In Centre and down the steps.
