Poor A47 drainage blamed for flooding on nearby road
Council officials believe that rainwater is being diverted from the southern bypass onto the B1113, which passes underneath it on the outskirts of Norwich.
National Highways has agreed to carry out investigations into the issue in an effort to solve recurring problems on the Swardeston Road, one of the busiest routes into the city.
