Norwich City fans face having season tickets REVOKED following tennis ball protest
Club officials have identified the supporters who were responsible for throwing the balls onto the playing surface during the 2-0 home defeat to Hull City on Saturday.
A meeting is due to be held this afternoon to confirm whether the supporters will have their tickets revoked and be banned from Carrow Road.
UK law states that it is an offence for a person at a football match to throw anything at or towards the playing area.
Five balls were thrown from the lower River End after 19 minutes of the game, with a further two after the Tigers scored their second goal in the 87th minute.
