A man in his 20s and two women and another man in their 70s were arrested by police at the demonstration outside City Hall on Saturday.

The arrests were made on suspicion of displaying an item in support of a proscribed organisation, contrary to Section 13 of the Terrorism Act 2000.

A spokeswoman for Norfolk Constabulary has since confirmed that all four have been released on bail until November 16.

One person, who was initially arrested, did provide their details and was de-arrested by officers.
