Situated close to Wroxham and the River Bure, The Stag Public House and Restaurant will be auctioned by Auction House East Anglia with a guide price of £500,000 to £550,000.

Known as The Bell since at least the 1700s, the Salhouse watering hole was listed for £900,000 on Rightmove in August 2024, drawing criticism from locals who felt the price excluded community groups.
