Plans have been submitted to transform a vacant unit on Blackthorn Road into a Sri Lankan takeaway and Chicken Shop.

Mr Litharsan Puvanenthirarasa has applied to South Norfolk Council to subdivide the premises at 30 Blackthorn Road and change the use of part of the property.
