The offices at 8-10 Cromer Road used to be home to the Insurance Centre, a Norwich-based insurance broker which specialised in taxi and driving schools insurance.

In April 2024, the Alan Boswell Group bought the company and moved its work to their Norwich office. Since then, the Cromer Road offices have been vacant.
