London-listed investment group ICG has agreed a deal with Rigby Group to purchase the city airport as well as airports in Exeter and Bournemouth.

Regional & City Airports (RCA), which operates the sites, announced today that it has entered into an agreement to partner with ICG after more than a decade with Rigby Group.

The deal for the three airports, which collectively serve more than two million passengers annually, is due to be formally agreed later this month.

Norwich Airport became part of Rigby Group in 2014 - a privately owned........
