Dangerous climate protest risked 'untold environmental damage', says energy chief
Greenpeace activists climbed a North Sea platform 45 miles off the coast of Norfolk yesterday (Thursday, August 14) before spraying 1,000 litres of blood-red liquid onto a large white canvas they had fastened to the side of the structure.

The stunt was in a protest against the fossil fuel industry, which the climate activism group blames for recent heatwaves, wildfires and floods.
