New Delhi: Najmul Hossain Shanto scripted history on Saturday after he became the first Bangladesh skipper to smash two centuries in a single Test match. He achieved the feat after completing a solid hundred in the fifth and last day of the opening Test match against Sri Lanka in Galle.

The southpaw scored a brilliant 148-run knock in the first innings of the match and followed it up with an unbeaten 125-run innings in the second innings of the Test.
