Meta has launched Muse Code, a new AI coding agent built for long software development tasks and large code repositories. Powered by Muse Spark 1.2, the tool can use multiple agents, track every action and resume work after a crash.

New Delhi: Meta has released Muse Code in beta, marking its first direct entry into the fast-growing market for AI coding agents. The terminal-based tool runs on Muse Spark 1.2 and can plan software changes, write code, check results and work across large code repositories.

The launch puts Meta in closer competition with coding tools linked to OpenAI and Anthropic. Developers can install Muse Code on macOS and Linux through a single terminal command. Meta has also expanded global access to Muse Spark 1.2 through Muse Code, the Meta Model API and........
