Hero MotoCorp set to bring first electric motorcycle next year

Hero MotoCorp has confirmed that it is bringing its first electric motorcycles next year. These will be based on two dedicated platforms, which were previewed as concepts during EICMA 2025.

New Delhi: Hero MotoCorp has confirmed that its maiden electric motorcycle will be arriving in 2027, widening the brand’s EV lineup beyond its existing Vida scooter portfolio. Hero MotoCorp has confirmed that its first electric motorcycles will not arrive this year, with the company instead targeting launch to begin 2027 onwards.
