Jiangsu: A zoo in China has sparked outrage after allegedly painting two dogs with black and orange stripes to make them resemble tigers. The incident took place at Qinhu Bay Forest Animal Kingdom in Taizhou, Jiangsu Province, and was exposed after a video surfaced on Douyin (China’s version of TikTok), as reported by The Daily Mail.
The now-viral clip featured a puppy with painted stripes, sparking criticism from social media users who quickly noticed that the so-called “tiger” was not real. Adding to the deception, the zoo had actively promoted its “fierce and enormous tigers” during a live stream on Douyin.
