New Delhi: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Friday launched a sharp attack on New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani for writing a note to jailed activist Umar Khalid, terming the move an “unacceptable interference” in India’s internal affairs and a direct affront to the country’s sovereignty.
