New Delhi: Defending champion Carlos Alcaraz dispatched Cameron Norrie in the men’s singles quarterfinal to reach the semifinal at Wimbledon 2005 on Tuesday. Alcaraz produced a dominant display on the Centre Court in the quarters to outclass Norrie, beating him in straight sets. Alcaraz won the quarter-final 2-6, 3-6, 3-5 to continue his unbeaten streak at Wimbledon and storm into his third straight semi-final at the tournament.

World no.2 Alcaraz was once again on top of his game in the quarterfinal against Norrie and showcased why he is the favourite to win his third consecutive Wimbledon final. The Spaniard bagged his 23rd consecutive win across tournaments and 19th at Wimbledon to continue his winning streak at the tournament while also making it to his 8th Grand Slam semi-final.
