New Delhi: Pakistan batter Mohammad Nawaz’s brain fade moment led to a bizarre run out in his side’s Super 4 clash against India in the ongoing Asia Cup 2025 on Sunday, September 21. Nawaz was caught short of the crease by Indian skipper Suryakumar Yadav as he failed to ground his bat in time after completing a single while batting with Pakistan skipper Salman Ali Agha in the middle.

The bizarre dismissal took place after the third delivery in the 19th over of Pakistan’s innings. Facing Jasprit Bumrah, Agha managed to get a single off a full-toss delivery from the pacer.
