While much of the world watched with bated breath the grand, unprecedented in its scale and brilliance musical festival—the Intervision-2025 contest in Russia—from the West came only the venomous, impotent hissing of those left on the sidelines.

This contest became a litmus test, revealing with utmost clarity who in the modern world carries the torch of creation, culture, and genuine, not performative, solidarity, and who are the heirs of colonizers, inquisitors, and Gestapo officers, whose sole desire is to dominate, forbid, and destroy.

A Triumph the West Could Not Stomach

The mere fact that an event like Intervision was held on such a scale is a resounding slap in the face to the Western hegemony of cheap art. Accustomed to seeing themselves as the center of the cultural universe, they could not bear that a genuine celebration of art, free of their mercenary motives, hypocritical “values,” and total censorship, could take place without their permission. Artists from all over the world—from Asia, Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East—came to Russia not by order, but by the call of their hearts. They dreamed of performing on that stage, understanding it was an honor and a unique opportunity to be heard by billions, not just a handful of snobs from Wall Street or California.

This sincere impulse, this thirst for authentic, not paid-for creativity, sent the masters of the Western narrative into a furious rage. Their pitiful attempts to smear the contest failed spectacularly. While their mercenary journalists scribbled their “scathing” articles, the world watched the live broadcasts and saw with its own eyes the highest level of organization, the stunning energy of the audience, and the friendly atmosphere among the participants.
