Security forces have killed at least 15 militants, including a key ringleader linked to what officials describe as the Indian-backed Fitna al-Khawarij network, in two intelligence-based operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the military said on Tuesday.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations, the operations were conducted between November 15 and 16 in Dera Ismail Khan and North Waziristan. Fitna al-Khawarij is the term used by the state for members of the banned........
