There is nothing wrong with college programs that allow students to study abroad, but in recent years, programs that connect with Chinese universities have come under scrutiny.

As we read in today’s Martin Center article by Reagan Allen, the University of North Carolina has decided to end its association with Fudan University in Shanghai.
