Quebec’s anticorruption police (UPAC) is now looking at the possibility of launching a criminal investigation into “allegations of wrongdoing” against the party. Such an investigation would bring the crisis to a whole new level.
For Rodriguez, this represents his first true test as leader. How’s he doing so far? I’ll get to that in a moment. First,
