A new survey shows that most U.S. companies are embracing technology that can automate business processes, with the aim of boosting productivity. But when it comes to AI, perhaps the best automation tool yet invented, companies seem to be failing their employees—and aren’t giving the necessary support to keep their workforces engaged and making use of new technology.
A survey of more than 1,400 U.S. workers by Arlington, Virginia-based Eagle Hill Consulting found remarkably few employees are using AI at work.
