CTOs and CHROs Are Now Among the Highest‑Paid Execs. Here’s What Changed

In this muddled and worrisome job market, not everyone is doing badly…and one type of executive actually doing better than before is intimately tied up with hiring and firing: the Chief Human Resources Officer.
