In 1982, my family & I were on our way west to move to Hawaii for 3 years for my husband’s work.  Our pit stop was L.A. & just as I was saying my goodbyes to mainland slush & snow – I was invited to a ‘Wrap Party’ by the Movie Producer I was engaged to back in the day. *

* You don’t want to hear about that!  You do?  Well, I’m being paid  big bucks not to!  haha

I brought my teenaged son to the party that celebrated the completion of filming this movie & was introduced around – including the Movie Producer’s wife I had never seen before.  Damn!

I cringed inside because she was gorgeous & right then could’ve used a Hawaiian drink with an orchid in it!  haha

But the saving grace that........
