Charlie Hunnam is the name on everyone’s lips thanks to his leading performance as Ed Gein in Netflix’s most-watched show right now, Monster: The Ed Gein Story.

The British star first became an international name as the brooding, leather-clad motorcyclist Jackson “Jax” Teller in Sons Of Anarchy, but you may have also seen him in Queer As Folk or Rebel Moon before he was cast in the third season of Monster.

And while there are many roles that Charlie is well-known for from over the years, there are plenty of others you may not be as aware of.

Here are some of the Charlie Hunnam roles you’ve quite probably forgotten all about…

Byker Grove (1998)

Yes, you guessed it, the Newcastle-born actor got his start in the iconic Geordie teen show, Byker Grove.

Charlie played a young model called Jason for one episode back in 1998, which came back to haunt him 20 years later when he made an appearance on The Graham Norton Show (as seen in the video above)

Of course, Charlie is far from the only cast member to become famous after starring in Byker Grove is he, Ant and Dec?
