Anti-Donald Trump protesters will draw a rude message on the beach to welcome his to Scotland this week.

The US president will open a new golf course named after his Scottish mother outside Aberdeen as part of a “private” trip to the UK.

Trump is also due to visit his golf course in Turnberry during the four-day visit, which begins on Friday.

Although it is not an official presidential visit, he is still due to hold face-to-face talks with prime minister Keir Starmer during his stay.

In advance of the visit, protesters have formed the “Stop Trump Coalition” to make it clear to the president that he is not welcome in the UK.
