It might be hard to picture Jenna Ortega as anyone other than the steely-eyed Wednesday Addams at this point, but the Gen Z star had a pretty extensive resume even before her star-making role in the record-smashing Netflix hit.

At 22 years old, Jenna already has more than a decade of experience in the industry under her belt, having started out as a child star in some pretty huge Hollywood movies and Disney projects.

While she’s previously distanced herself from any possible return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the future, Jenna appeared briefly in Iron Man 3 – albeit just for a fleeting moment.

“It was one of the first jobs I ever did,” she told Entertainment Tonight. “They took all my lines out. I’m in Iron Man 3 for a quick second. I take up the frame, I have one leg, and I’m the vice president’s daughter.”

Insidious: Chapter 2 (2013)

Before she was crowned the scream queen of a new generation, Jenna had a very small role in the horror franchise Insidious.

She appears briefly with her family at the end of the movie when ghost hunters arrive at the door. She’s holding a very creepy-looking doll when she spots the ghost of a lady called Elise, who no one else can see (*shivers*), before she slips into the family home.

This seemed to set her up well for the future, as Jenna would go on to appear in........
