Supporters of Tom Holland and Zendaya were left absolutely beaming this week, after hearing the Spider-Man star referred to his fellow actor as his “wife” for the first time.

Tom and Zendaya are renowned for mostly keeping details about their relationship out of the spotlight, and while rumours were rampant earlier this year that the Spider-Man and The Odyssey co-stars had tied the knot, they have mostly stayed completely schtum over the rumours.

However, during the British star’s recent appearance on the food podcast Dish, he made a subtle nod to the nuptials when he appeared to confirm that he and Zendaya were married.
