Lil Nas X at an Oscars after party in March

Lil Nas X has been arrested following an altercation with the police and a brief hospitalisation.

In the early hours of Friday morning, police were called to the busy LA street Ventura Boulevard, where a spokesperson for the Los Angeles police department has alleged to AP that he “charged” towards officers.

Primarily, officers took him to hospital on suspicion of a drug overdose, after which he was released and transferred to jail after a few hours, booked “on suspicion of misdemeanour obstructing an officer”.

Following this, TMZ published footage allegedly depicting Lil Nas walking down the street wearing underwear and white cowboy boots.
