Lewis Capaldi on The Graham Norton Show last week

It says something that even on a sofa that included Taylor Swift and Oscar winner Cillian Murphy, Lewis Capaldi still managed to steal the show during his latest appearance on Graham Norton’s talk show.

On Friday night, Lewis was the musical guest on The Graham Norton Show, briefly joining the rest of the A-listers on the couch after his performance.

And we’re happy to report that the Someone You Loved singer was as fabulously unfiltered as we’ve come to expect.

During the interview, Graham asked Lewis if he’d met any of his fellow celebs before, to which he said he’d previously crossed paths with Taylor, while he and fellow actor Jodie Turner-Smith had both been guests on the show together before.

“I was heavily pregnant,” the British singer recalled, to which Lewis agreed: “Yeah, and I swore. And I apologised to your baby bump.”

He then quipped: “I’ve often wondered if your child’s first word was…”
