The cast of the Great British Bake Off 2025

The line-up for the upcoming season of Great British Bake Off has been unveiled – and we’re pleased to report that Channel 4 certainly hasn’t lost its knack for seeking out some of the country’s most wacky and wonderful amateur bakers.

Among this year’s cast are a music lover who spends his spare time recreating pop history with sourdough, a church organist with a dog named after a certain British showbiz legend, a wedding dress designer who loves to volunteer and a roller-skating gymnast and drag king.

Aaron

Age: 38

From: London

Occupation: Senior systems architect

Interesting fact: Aaron dubs himself the “King Of Hobbies” as outside of baking, he’s also into everything from creating his own alcohol, weight-lifting, language studies and studying for a Master’s in computer science.

Hassan

Age: 30

From: South Yorkshire

Occupation: Analytical research and development scientist

Interesting fact: Hassan lives with his mum in South Yorkshire and works in testing new drugs in their early development stages.
