US president Donald Trump has shared his take on the news that Bad Bunny will be headlining at next year’s Super Bowl.

Last week, the Puerto Rican singer and rapper announced he’d be performing during 2026′s Super Bowl Halftime Show, having previously made the decision to not play any dates in the United States on his latest world tour.

At the time, he said the decision to not tour the US was made “out of concern about Latinos in the United States” as “fucking ICE could be outside” the venues.

Posting on X shortly before the Super Bowl announcement he joked (in Spanish): “I’ve been thinking about it the last few days, and after discussing it with my team, I think I’ll do just one date in the United States.”
