Fans expecting to see the Mandy 2025 Christmas special will be disappointed to learn that the BBC has pulled it at the last minute.

A festive edition of Diane Morgan’s show was scheduled to air on BBC Two and iPlayer on Monday 22nd December at 10:25pm, but has now been removed from the line-up. 

The description for the episode, filmed in January 2025 and titled The Mandy Who Knew Too Much, originally read: “Mandy rarely dabbles in global diplomacy, especially over Christmas when it’s so cold out and there’s good telly on, but when she does, you can bet that she makes a real difference to the balance of power in the world.”

The BBC has said that the special will instead air in 2026, with the rescheduling believed to be so elements of the episode can be updated.
