Nestled within the rolling hills of Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, our family farms are more than just places of work – they’re living proof of Scotland’s rich agricultural heritage. For three generations (and now a fourth in training), our family has raised cattle and sheep on this land, producing high-quality Scotch Beef and Scotch Lamb while preserving the traditional methods that make it so distinctive.

But we can’t do it alone.

Recent headlines have spotlighted imported beef increasingly being found on supermarket shelves, lab-grown meat and the rise of ultra-processed foods.
