An analysis of Police UK data for the Loddon neighbourhood – covering Loddon, Chedgrave, Ditchingham, Gillingham, Raveningham, Hales and surrounding villages – shows 598 crimes were recorded in the 12 months from April 2025 to March 2026, the most recently available data.

Yarmouth Road in Raveningham tops the list with 38 crimes – the highest of any street in the policing neighbourhood – with violent and sexual offences alone making it the most violent location in the data set.
