Successful opening of garden raises thousands for charity

Despite dreary Bank Holiday weather, the ten-acre garden at Wretham Lodge, the former village rectory, welcomed over 500 people on Easter Sunday and Monday in aid of the National Gardens Scheme charities.

With entry costing £7 a head, the initiative raised a substantial amount.........
