Sarah Richards is alleged to have conned taxpayers out of more than £8,500 by claiming council tax support she was not entitled to.

The 40-year-old is said to have continued to claim the low income discount to her bills by failing to tell officials at Breckland that she had a full time job with Norwich City Council.

She is also accused of failing to reveal that her husband Paul Richards worked at Norwich........
