The blaze in the early hours of Saturday destroyed part of the 17th century Old Manor House on Beach Road at Walcott.

The occupants, believed to be a man and woman in their 80s, were rescued from the fire and taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital with serious injuries, with the man airlifted by air ambulance.
