Tree surgeon cleared of illegally destroying rook nests

Jez Prewer-Andrews, of Whitlingham Lane in Trowse, had been accused of breaches of the Wildlife and Countryside Act over work he carried out in Thetford on March 6.

The 31-year-old, who on Linkedin lists his role as director and head arborist at Norwich-based Mainline Tree Services, had pleaded not guilty to damaging the nest of a wild bird.
