Aiden Orton, 29, was seen brazenly pleasuring himself at the Millennium Library in The Forum on two occasions.

His behaviour was brought to the attention of staff who twice asked him to leave, on November 4 and 5 last year, before calling the police.

Norwich Magistrates’ Court was told that while in the library he had repeatedly put his hands down his clothing and appeared to be masturbating.
