Paul Bryant, 43, bought sex toys to abuse the youngster and encouraged her to go on the contraceptive pill as part of “calculating and manipulative” behaviour.

King’s Lynn Crown Court was told his behaviour was part of a plan to coerce the girl into sexual activity over a number of weeks.

Marc Brown, prosecuting, said it was “clear and obvious grooming” and that it had included additional degradation of the girl who he had nicknamed “tiny p****”.
