Brygida Kuczkowska falsely claimed to be the sole adult occupant of her Thetford home in order to get a discount on her bills.

The 50-year-old also dishonestly received low income council tax support by not disclosing that her partner was living with her and was in full-time employment.

Breckland Council believed she was living on less than £200 a week when the Polish couple were in fact living together with their two children and using some of the dishonest payments to fund family holidays to Greece and Spain.
