Two Magpies Bakery operates 10 bakery-cafés across Suffolk and Norfolk and had to focus on efficiencies across the board after being hit by big cost increases.

But the company - which is owned by Steve Maghall - has still achieved £450k profit as it continues to grow.

It has reduced the size of its Southwold café while giving it a facelift.

After acquiring Framlingham confectionery business Hilton Macarons last year it has expanded that business.........
